Refunds and order cancellations:
- Please note: Orders cannot be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout.
- No refunds
- Any orders purchased with store credit/ gift card is not eligible for return or exchange.
ClassyLoft is happy to accommodate returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- You have 14 DAYS from the date the order was received to initiate a return. Please carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects.
- Clothing must be in like-new condition with original tags still attached.
- Items are ineligible for returns if they have been:
a. Washed (We are not responsible for item(s) that have been damaged due to improper washing. We suggest following the wash instructions on the inside tag.)b. Worn for more than the purposes of trying on the clothing.c. Stained or soiled from food, makeup, deodorant, animals, animal hair, etc.d. Altered such as hemming, additions for modesty, fitting, etc.e. Otherwise damaged within the possession of the customer.f.Shoes:must be returned in their original shoe box (undamaged & unworn) and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused no refund or store credit will be issued. We will not refund shipping costs.

- Items purchased during site-wide sales Final sale, Special Markdowns or Clearance section is excluded and not eligible for return/exchange/store credit.
- Any PREORDER ITEM is final sale, meaning it is NOT eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.*Please reach out to email@example.com with any questions while considering purchasing a final sale or preorder item as they can not be returned.
- We do not refund the initial cost of shipping for returns.
- We charge a $6.00 Shipping & Handling Fee for all returns and exchanges.
- First exchange is free (for customers within the contiguous USA),
- We provide FREE prepaid shipping label
- We reserve the right to reject future purchases and returns from customers we feel are abusing our return policies.
*International orders:Exchanges for international orders are currently not permitted. You can return items, but we do not cover the cost of shipping. To initiate an international return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We are not responsable for customs duties. If there is a duty, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay.
Return and exchange Procedure:
To initiate a return, please visit:
- If you are making a return, do not mail it to us without going through our return website. Items not properly processed will be returned to the customer and no store credit will be issued. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com
- Once you receive a return label, you have five business days to mail the item. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any returns in transit, so you may wish to insure your shipment.
- If the package is not returned within 5 business days, we will return it to the customer and no store credit will be issued
- Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving them.
- We will notify you if goods are returned to us that are not in their original and undamaged condition (including damage during shipment back to us). In that event, you can choose to have the item sent back to you upon your payment of shipping costs. Otherwise, we may discard the item within 10 days of receiving it and you will not receive a store credit.
- If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, you must follow the above procedures to return the item(s) and receive store credit.
