If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

• Orders can not be cancelled after they have been placed.

• NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS

EXCHANGES:

• All "In-stock" items might qualify for an exchange.

• No exchanges or returns for International Orders

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit after inspecting the item.

• If your return is approved, we will give you a unique Coupon Code for the total amount of your store credit to be used in our website.

*Exceptions: 

• Some items are non-exchangeable. These include: All pre-ordered items.

• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. 

• We are in no way responsible for any duties that may need to be paid in order for shipment to be received by you.We are also not responsible for lost mail. If you provided us with an incorrect address, you are responsible for re-shipping cost.
