We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
We do not offer refunds if you fail to receive a product after we deliver it to the carrier.
You have 30 DAYS from the date your item was shipped to start a return and return the item(s) this includes damaged or the wrong items. Please carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects.
We will not accept any items returned and received after the 30 days. 

Once returned item(s) are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, the store credit  will be emailed to you equal to the price of the returned item(s), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable). 

Customers that live in the United States now have the option of receiving a
printable return label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your store credit
once your return is processed. Understand that the cost of this printable return
label will vary depending on the location, weight and quantity of items being
returned. If you choose this option, our Customer Service team will be able to
provide you the cost of the printable label at your request before finalizing your
return label.

Technically, we do not have a process in place for direct exchanges since we
cannot guarantee that the item(s) won't be sold out by the time your return is received back to our warehouse.  Our policy does not allow us to "reserve" online merchandise.  We advise you to purchase the item(s) as soon as possible, this will ensure your exchange, without risking that the item(s) you want sell out prior to delivery of your return.
All special promotions marked as “Final Sale" or "Clearance" items are FINAL
